MOVE UP

Moving Urban Poor Communities toward Resilience

Focusing on Alternative Temporary Shelters (ATS) and Resilient Livelihoods, MOVE UP is a collaborative project that aims to increase the resilience of communities through bettering access to basic services, community savings groups and initiatives, and supporting the disaster risk reduction efforts of local government units.

The MOVE UP Project is funded by the European Union Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid and implemented by CARE Philippines, Plan International Philippines, Action Against Hunger Philippines and ACCORD Incorporated.
