GETTING THERE

By car/ride-hailing services (Grab, Green GSM, etc.):

Search “Novotel Manila Araneta City” and select the Gen. Aguinaldo Ave entrance. The hotel is located along General Aguinaldo Avenue, beside Gateway Mall 2 and Smart Araneta Coliseum. It has its own multi-level parking, for a fee.

Via LRT-2 (Purple Line):

Drop-off: Araneta Center-Cubao Station

Walking directions: Exit toward Gateway Mall 1, then follow the indoor walkway through Gateway Mall 1 and Gateway Mall 2. Look for signs to Novotel or Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Via MRT-3 (Blue Line):

Drop-off: Araneta Center-Cubao Station

Walking directions: Exit the station and enter Farmers Plaza. Walk through the elevated footbridge that connects Farmers Plaza to Smart Araneta Coliseum and Gateway Mall. Continue past the Coliseum toward Gateway Mall. Follow the directional signage to the Novotel Lobby. This walk takes about 10-12 minutes

Please allow extra travel time due to heavy congestion along EDSA and Aurora Blvd. from 7:00–9:30 AM and 5:00–8:00 PM.

REGISTRATION & SESSION VENUES

Registration opens at 8:00 AM at Monet 1 Hall (2nd floor). All participants will receive a conference bag, badge, notepad, and pen.

Please use the elevator to access the 3rd floor. Directional signage will be available.

SECURITY

Please wear your badge at all times for access to session halls and the Food Exchange Restaurant. All bags will undergo x-ray screening at the hotel entrance.

DINING INFORMATION

Morning and afternoon snacks: To maximize our session time, coffee breaks and light snacks will be served directly at the plenary hall foyer. This area provides a comfortable space for networking between sessions.

Lunch buffet: Served at the Food Exchange Restaurant (1st floor/ground floor).

The buffet includes a wide selection of local and international dishes, with options for vegetarians and non-pork eaters. All food items are labeled with ingredients and potential allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish).

If you have specific dietary concerns or severe allergies, please feel free to approach the hotel restaurant wait staff, who are available to provide detailed information on any dish.

Elevators and an escalator are available between the 1st and 2nd floors. Please allow around 5 minutes to move from the Plenary Hall to the restaurant during lunch.

First aid: For minor medical concerns, please approach the Registration desk at the entrance of the plenary hall. Novotel has a clinic and an in-house nurse.
